Working hours: Monday to Friday - conventional schedule
Job location: Montreal, Ile des sœurs (Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office)
Salary: 117-122k$/an
Our client is a leading telecommunications and media company in Canada. They are looking for a new Senior Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for the architecture, technical design and integration of complex solutions tailored to the needs of large enterprises.
Your role:
- Manage the virtual technical team assigned to a customer or project.
- Act as technology mentor and reference, recommending upgrades and enhancements.
- Design global architectures by integrating various technological layers and embracing automation.
- Collaborate with suppliers to understand and integrate IT market evolution.
- Actively participate in all phases: design, delivery, development and implementation of solutions.
- Develop customized solutions, produce schematics and technical specifications.
Skills and qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a telecommunications, IT or equivalent role
- Proven expertise in F5 solutions (BIG-IP, LTM, GTM, ASM, AFM)
- In-depth knowledge of LAN / WAN / SD-WAN / WIFI / IT security networks
- Advanced certification/experience with leading manufacturers (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Juniper, PaloAlto, F5) a plus
- Mastery of script implementation
- Ability to write high-quality customer documents (reports, service offers, diagrams)
- Excellent collaborative skills
- Bilingualism required: frequent interaction with English and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
