Job description :
Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Director, the Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the growth of new and existing customer accounts and supporting sales expansion in Quebec.
As a member of the company's sales department, he/she is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute divisional sales strategies to maintain or exceed sales budget targets.
- Prepare, plan and execute sales strategies for territory
- Plan, prepare and carry out visits to regular and potential customers
- Keep prospecting list up to date
- Prepare and present price lists and quotations to customers; negotiate prices and contracts
- Draft letters, e-mails and quotations for customer order processing and preparation
- Follow-up on orders
- Obtain and calculate annual sales and expenditure forecasts for the territory
- Organize test orders; follow up and record results
- Organize, advise customers on product design and features
- Make modifications to solve technical problems
- Organize, coordinate and assist customers in design layout
- With the help of the CSRs, monitor the processing and progress of orders in the factory
- Preparation of weekly call reports, notes, expenses and monthly activity reports
- May assist in the collection of overdue accounts
Skills and qualifications :
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the flexographic printing industry
- Autonomous
- Bilingualism
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service oriented (internal/external)
