Job description :

 The client seeks an exceptional candidate for sales in Eastern Quebec. This role involves selling products and services to new and existing accounts, providing expertise, and helping clients with energy management, production increase, safety, and sustainability. The goal is to grow market share while meeting sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with end users to support sales efforts.
• Cultivate relationships and provide technical training to distribution channels.
• Develop and manage a sales territory business plan.
• Exceed sales forecasts for the area.
• Execute activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Foster repeat business in assigned territories.
• Work with the Area Manager to identify top 25 accounts.
• Assess sales potential, prioritize accounts, and create market penetration plans (including cold calling).
• Train end users on the company's products and services.
• Ensure customers receive timely and accurate quotations and order follow-up.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and identify future business opportunities.

Skills and qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience in technical or industrial products, or equivalent
• Proficiency in conducting boardroom-style presentations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license required
