Job description :
We’re hiring for our partner, a manufacturer of industrial solutions used across sectors like energy, environmental, food, chemical, and oil & gas.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Quebec and the Maritimes. This role blends business development, hands-on customer support, and strategic sales management.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, and end users
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and trade show product presentations
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all sectors
- Provide after-sales support (start-ups, troubleshooting, training)
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Log activities and insights in the CRM and submit regular sales reports
- Work closely with internal teams to align with KPIs and growth goals
Skills and qualifications :
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales of pumps or related systems
- Technical or mechanical education preferred
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Team player with strong integrity and self-drive
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
