Job description :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Manager to ensure excellence across our company. As a key ambassador of quality, you will define standards, oversee processes, and help maintain our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement quality policies and procedures in collaboration with the Operations Director.
• Maintain ISO compliance and manage the quality system.
• Optimize manufacturing and control processes in coordination with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Analyze performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, the lab, and HR to enhance quality, communication, and training.
• Actively participate in strategic cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and qualifications :

Requirements :

• Significant experience in quality management within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to work across departments and propose practical solutions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
