MAIN FUNCTION

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Production Manager plays a strategic role in managing and optimizing production operations. The role ensures process performance, product quality, and a safe, motivating work environment that supports team development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise 4 production supervisors and support the development of their skills.
• Monitor and adjust the production schedule to meet performance objectives.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality while reducing operational costs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to meet daily targets and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Develop team skills through training and coaching to achieve company performance standards.
• Propose and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and qualifications :

REQUIRED PROFILE

• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of production management experience in manufacturing, ideally in sheet metal processing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with digital systems and industrial software (ERP, PLCs, Excel, and other IT tools).
