  • Management of supervisors and the team to which they report
  • Ensure, under the required safety and quality conditions, the productivity and efficiency of the tools.
  • Establish   annually assess the department's budget (short and medium-term vision of operations)
  • Hire, develop and manage your team.
  • Develop expertise and know-how and implement and support organizational changes
  • Establish a sustainable culture of continuous improvement by developing the autonomy of your team; Analyze and use key performance indicators for continuous improvement
  • Ensure that resources (people, skills, training, tools, etc.) match needs
  • Pilot continuous improvement projects for production units (maintenance, reliability, quality, health and safety, etc.) in order to ensure excellent performance
  • Be responsible and apply, in collaboration with the other departments of the plant, the application of quality systems, risk control, continuous improvement and productivity


Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or operations management
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and food industry and / or in companies with quality management standards
  • Experience in manufacturing where the production pulse is very fast
