Job description :

The Production and Continuous Improvement Coordinator manage a team of supervisors and operators on the production floor at a food processing plant.

He works to improve productivity, quality, and delivery schedules.

He organizes, plans, and oversees operations in accordance with company policies and occupational health and safety standards, as well as food safety regulations.

Job responsibilities  :

• Develop action plans with specific objectives
• Support supervisors by helping them achieve their goals
• Conduct quality and productivity checks
• Ensure production schedules are followed
• Prepare dashboards and activity reports
• Propose and implement continuous improvement projects
• Manage staff (supervisors and floor operators)
• Recruit, evaluate staff, and assist with personal development
• Communicate company procedures and policies
• Set individual and team goals
• Facilitate team meetings
• Ensure effective communication between different departments and production lines
• Serve as the liaison between production staff and management
