Job description :

A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a Procurement Manager to join its team.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for procurement planning, managing a team, and optimizing purchasing processes to ensure efficient procurement and the continuity of operations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Supervise and motivate the procurement team;
• Plan purchases and ensure the availability of raw materials and components;
• Optimize inventory levels using the MRP system;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers;
• Manage issues related to lead times, quality, quantities, and costs;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements;
• Collaborate with the production, planning, and operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Skills and qualifications :

• At least 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in team management;
• Proficiency with an MRP system (ERP is a plus);
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Inspiring leadership, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset;
• Working knowledge of English to communicate with certain suppliers.
