Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships within an assigned territory, acting as a trusted technical advisor to offer tailored solutions to a diverse industrial clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales territory and actively engage with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide technical consulting based on client needs
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Attend industry events and monitor market trends
- Meet sales targets and maintain regular reporting
Skills and qualifications :
Profile Sought:
- B2B sales experience, ideally in an industrial or technical field
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or power transmission products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
