Job description :
Responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies within the building industry. Oversees product portfolio and channel management to drive revenue growth and market share, while supporting brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies.
- Manage full product portfolio lifecycle and market positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Create impactful marketing and sales support materials.
- Track and analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster innovation and excellence.
Skills and qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA an asset).
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction/building materials.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (French/English).
- Proficient with CRM, marketing automation tools, and project management.
