Role:

• Manage projects from A to Z: estimating, execution, and delivery.
• Manage clients, contracts, budgets, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with superintendents on procurement and manpower requirements.
• Oversee CWB certification and audits.

Skills and qualifications :

Ideal Profile

Autonomous, organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented professional with strong leadership skills. Able to manage multiple projects, make quick decisions, and build strong client relationships.

Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in millwright / industrial mechanics.
• Experience in project management and team supervision.
• Ability to read mechanical and layout drawings.
• Experience with industrial equipment installation.
• Contract management and cost control experience.
• Functional French and English.
• Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
