Job description :

We are currently seeking a Medical Aesthetics Sales Representative for our client, a leading company in innovative medical technologies specializing in devices for both aesthetic and surgical applications. This field-based role is highly focused on prospecting, new business development, and revenue growth, working closely with the existing team. The successful candidate will primarily interact with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other specialists, while ensuring a high level of service, training, and customer support. The territory covers East Montreal, Quebec City, Eastern Quebec, and New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets established by the company
  • Actively develop the territory through cold calling and new client acquisition
  • Identify, qualify, and convert business opportunities into closed sales
  • Maintain a strong and structured sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals
  • Leverage internal resources to support sales efforts
  • Ensure accurate tracking of opportunities through CRM tools and provide regular reporting
  • Participate in workshops, conferences, events, and sales meetings to support visibility and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to organize promotional and educational activities

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required (medical device or related field is an asset)
  • Sales experience (ideally in medical devices or a B2B environment)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong prospecting and business development abilities
  • Analytical, structured, and highly organized profile
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, high motivation, and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and CRM systems
