Job description :

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, as well as the efficient management of resources.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
• Plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Assess personnel, material and tooling requirements
• Monitor maintenance operations and ensure deadlines are met
• Help draw up budgets and monitor maintenance costs
• Ensure compliance with current safety standards and regulations
• Manage the maintenance schedule
• Respect deadlines
• Integrate, evaluate, train and coordinate new personnel
• Continuously seek to improve departmental efficiency

Skills and qualifications :

• College diploma in mechanics
• Minimum 3 years' significant experience in a similar position
• Good team management and planning skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in computer tools and maintenance management software.
• Autonomy
• Bilingual French /English
