Job summary :

Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Manager, the Inside Sales Coordinator provides customer service by responding to inquiries and complaints about the organization's products and services received by phone, fax or email. Items commonly discussed may include, but are not limited to, pricing, delivery dates, adjustments, orders and more.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receive, analyze and coordinate activities related to the reception of orders received from customers.
  • Follow-up on orders by ensuring good communication with customers in order to provide them with adequate information on the status of their orders.
  • Verify and enter information into internal system and maintain complete and accurate order files.
  • Work with various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that all customer needs are met. Ensure good communications and quality improvement by following policies, reporting and following up on opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop sales leads by researching and identifying potential opportunities by soliciting customers, maintaining good relationships, providing technical information and explanations, and providing proposals.

Skills and qualifications :

  • University or college degree (or relevant experience)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills (French/English ideally)
  • Good time and priority management
  • Ability to anticipate pitfalls (solution-oriented, creative)
  • Rigorous methodology (plan, improve and perform)
  • Customer experience-oriented approach
  • Experience in customer service or inside sales
  • Collaborative spirit (teamwork)
  • Curious (open-minded)
  • Proficiency in Office suite
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (an asset)
  • Knowledge of our networks (Agricultural - Commercial - Residential) (an asset)
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
