Job description :

Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you'll supervise pump division employees, manage their workload, provide technical support, and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage division employees
• Assist in recruitment and training
• Regularly evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
• Make daily critical decisions and support sales initiatives
• Ensure sales systems and procedures are followed
• Update CRM and ERP software
• Communicate regularly with suppliers and team members

Skills and qualifications :

Essential Requirements:

• College diploma in a related field
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Strong technical skills in fluid mechanics and rotating equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM software
