Job description :

Under the supervision of the CFO, the Finance Manager will be working on financial management, reporting and operational oversight to support the business’s financial integrity and strategic goals. The Finance Manager will bring expertise in accounting, compliance, and financial analysis, problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Conduct monthly reviews of business line Profit & Loss statements and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data through diligent month-end tasks, including journal entries and report generation.
  • Accounting & Audit Support:
    • Maintain detailed accounting and audit schedules.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to internal control standards.
  • Insurance Program Management:
    • Assist in managing the company’s insurance programs by coordinating with the Group insurance team, providing financial data, and handling local insurance certificates as needed.
  • Revenue Management:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of revenue contracts, including pricing, billing accuracy, and revenue audits.
    • Collaborate with various revenue platforms and tools to ensure efficient revenue tracking and reporting.
  • Inventory Oversight:
    • Oversee inventory costing and management processes to align with company objectives and best practices.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Support the preparation of the company’s annual budget and forecasting processes by gathering, analyzing, and presenting relevant financial information.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks:
    • Take on diverse responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support the finance department and broader organizational goals.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and CPA certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Advanced understanding of financial principles, reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly LN, is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master the French language and the English (communication with suppliers/customers in the United States).
