Our client is a company specializing in industrial maintenance and hygiene services. They are looking for a new Field Operations Manager – Multi-Site. This role involves supervising the operations and performance of maintenance services at several client sites, maintaining a relationship of trust with clients, and ensuring the quality, profitability, and compliance of the services provided.

Your role :

• Multi-site operational management: Oversee human, material, and technical resources to ensure efficient operations. Guarantee service quality through regular inspections and compliance with procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of economic and qualitative performance.
• Team management: Supervise staff through onboarding, integration, training, evaluation, and performance monitoring. Support team leaders. Enforce standards and compliance (health and safety).
• Administrative management: Manage the administration and budget of each site (cost monitoring, performance reports, invoicing).
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure smooth communication with customers and ensure that contractual commitments are met. Identify additional and specific customer needs and propose the necessary adjustments.

Working hours : Monday to Friday - Variable hours, depending on operational needs.

Job location : Greater Montreal Area – Car provided

Salary : 70k

Skills and qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, unionized business services.
• Excellent motivational leadership skills and ability to supervise teams.
• Customer service orientation, thoroughness, and organizational skills.
• Autonomy, good judgment, and ability to manage priorities
• nowledge of union environments and basic HR processes
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and hygiene services
• Driver's license
• Bilingual in French/English (an asset)
