Job description :

A family agri-food business founded over 100 years ago in the Montérégie region. It has innovated by creating its own products, bringing in European technology while retaining the precision of detail, expert craftsmanship and a connection with the terroir. Over the years, she has created new product lines. Currently seeking an evening production supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• Primary task of personnel management and team mobilization
• Ensure smooth start-up of all production lines and suggest improvements
• Minimize costs
• Collaborate with OHS members
• Monitor KPIs
• Implement planning, GMP, act as ambassador
• Lead meetings, maintain presence on the floor
• Ensure proper operation of facilities and equipment
• Write production reports

Skills and qualifications :

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Minimum 2 years' experience in personnel management
• Agri-food experience an asset
• Evening shifts from Monday to Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for the handover
