Salary: $100-140k depending on experience

Job description

Our client is a company specializing in the manufacture of building materials. They are seeking a new ERP & Business Intelligence Manager with NetSuite expertise to organize and optimize the use of strategic data.

Your role:

ERP Optimization and Management:

• Optimize configuration, operational workflows, and data structures
• Ensure data reliability, consistency, and scalability
• Support system deployment in a context of growth and integration

Business Intelligence Development:

• Design and deploy dashboards for operational teams and management
• Define and track performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives
• Structure and harmonize operational and financial reports
• Transform business needs into clear, actionable visual analytics

Team Support:

• Train users on best practices and tool usage
• Simplify data access and facilitate understanding
• Support system adoption during growth and integration phases

Support and Continuous Improvement:

• Provide functional support to management teams
• Collaborate with specialized external partners
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP systems
• Excellent practical knowledge of AI tools such as Claude (including its integration with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as ChatGPT.
• Experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data structuring
• Ability to define performance metrics and structure data models
• Excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
