Job description :

Main role :

Ensure the installation, preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of combi ovens to guarantee their performance, reliability, and safety of use.

Main responsibilities :

• Install and commission combi ovens at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's recommended procedures.
• Check and adjust operating parameters (temperature, steam, ventilation, safety).
• Replace and calibrate defective parts (probes, electronic cards, resistors, pumps, valves, fans, etc.).
• Perform operational tests and validate compliance after each intervention.
• Keep maintenance reports, work orders, and service history up to date.
• Advise customers on the optimal use, safety, and maintenance of their equipment.
• Maintain a minimum stock of spare parts and report supply needs.
• Comply with occupational health and safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements :

• Frequent travel to customer sites (driver's license required).
• Availability for urgent service calls (as needed).
• Ongoing training on products and technological updates.

Skills and qualifications :

• Solid knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and electronic diagrams.
• Experience in repairing professional kitchen equipment (an asset).
• Good understanding of heating, steam, ventilation, and automation systems.
• Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose complex malfunctions.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Good customer service and clear communication with users.
