About the Position

A well-established manufacturing company in Estrie is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance, automation, and the improvement of production equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will plan and coordinate the work of a team of 15 technicians and electricians, in collaboration with production, mechanical maintenance, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and develop the electrical maintenance and automation team
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, and automation failures
• Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Contribute to automation and process improvement projects
• Monitor performance indicators (availability, MTBF, MTTR, costs)
• Ensure compliance with electrical and health and safety standards

Skills and qualifications :

• DEC in industrial electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field
• Certified electrical qualification
• At least 7 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, including team supervision
• Solid knowledge of electrical, control, and automation systems (programmable logic controllers)
• Knowledge of a CMMS is a plus
• Leadership, independence, and bilingualism (French and English)
