Job description :
Our client is a fast-growing Quebec-based company offering skin care, make-up, superfoods and home essentials.
It is looking for a new E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support its digital strategy and manage all projects related to online sales growth.
Your role :
- Oversee e-commerce projects on Shopify Plus (subscriptions, navigation, conversion, chatbot).
- Optimize the user experience with internal teams (developers, designers, specialists).
- Define and monitor the e-commerce roadmap in line with growth objectives.
- Manage 360° digital marketing initiatives (SEO, paid advertising, influencer marketing, CRM, content).
- Collaborate with the paid media specialist to optimize campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Manage e-commerce budgets and analyze KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion, repurchase, average basket size).
- Develop the Amazon strategy and ensure customer consistency across all channels (website, marketplaces, stores).
- Optimize scenarios in Klaviyo (segmentation, automation, pop-ups).
- Present performance reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate a small team (web, social media) and external partners.
- Work in synergy with logistics, customer service, R&D, and management.
Skills and qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in a DTC environment
- Strong command of tools: Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, advertising platforms.
- Experience in team management, KPI management, and budget management
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt to the unexpected.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are known for your creativity, flexibility, ability to remain calm under pressure, and team spirit.
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (French and English).
