Job description :

  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of the sales department for the three corporate entities;
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures related to sales;
  • Decide on the strategic planning to be implemented with regard to new product lines;
  • Lead sales teams in developing business relationships with corporate clients and manage sales contract negotiations; Prepare sales reports and present them to the executive committee;
  • Train and manage staff (team of 3 to 5 people);
  • Work with the R&D and customer relations departments to understand and communicate marketing alignments in the field; Conduct a customer “tour” every two to three months, including the Toronto and Maritime territories;
  • Work week (estimate): 1-2 days on the road, 2 days for bid follow-ups (including non-standard bids); 1-2 days in the office.

 Terms and benefits :

  • Location: Terrebonne
  • Salary: $120k+/year + Annual bonus
  • Car allowance: $1,000/month
