Job description :

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities on site. You will serve as the primary leader of field operations and act as the strategic liaison between the client, engineering teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership for construction activities on a major industrial project.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
• Participate in risk management and the resolution of technical challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project constructability.
• Represent the project in interactions with the client and key stakeholders.
• Support the mobilization, development, and performance of site personnel.

Skills and qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Construction Director, Construction Manager, or Project Director on large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong experience working in an EPCM environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong focus on Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), quality, and operational performance.
• Experience delivering large industrial projects in sectors such as mining, energy, metallurgy, manufacturing, or similar heavy industries.
• Ability to thrive in complex, high-profile project environments.
