Our client, a medical company specializing in capital equipment for medical imaging, is currently seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist.

The role of the Clinical Applications Specialist is primarily focused on providing technical and clinical support in the field, aiming to assist healthcare professionals in the optimal use of our products.

The Clinical Applications Specialist will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical service teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering advanced training and on-site assistance to clients regarding our products.
• Providing technical and clinical support, as well as troubleshooting solutions, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, thereby contributing to customer loyalty.
• Collaborating closely with the sales, technical service, and customer service teams to ensure comprehensive support for customer sites, clinical trials, as well as effective data collection and customer feedback.
• Participating in the development of territorial strategies in collaboration with the sales team to better target markets, analyze, and segment existing clients.

Skills and qualifications :

• This role requires both sharp technical expertise in our products and a solid understanding of associated clinical procedures. Therefore, the ideal candidate will not only be a competent medical imaging technologist in their field but also an effective communicator and committed collaborator dedicated to customer excellence.
