Job description
Our client is a fast-growing company offering a SaaS platform. It is looking for a new Business Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities to feed into the sales team. You will be the first point of contact between the company and prospects.
Your role:
- Prospecting: actively seeking out new prospects through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
- Initial contact: establishing initial contact with decision-makers, capturing their interest, and briefly presenting the value of the company.
- Lead qualification: understand needs, identify challenges, and determine whether the prospect matches the target customer profile.
- Appointment scheduling: organize qualified meetings with the sales team.
- Follow-up: document all interactions in the CRM, ensure rigorous follow-up, and maintain a relationship of trust with prospects upstream of the sales cycle.
Skills and qualifications :
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Experience in the restaurant industry (service, management, cooking, etc.)
- Resilience and perseverance in the face of rejection.
- Organization and rigor in pipeline management.
- Independence, strong motivation, and results-oriented approach.
