Working hours : Monday to Friday - Flexible hours
Job location : Remote work – 1x/week in Montreal
Salary : Starting at $75k fixed + Vehicle and cell phone allowances + Possible year-end bonus
Position type: permanent contract
Our client is a company specializing in the plastics industry. It is looking for a new Business Development Representative to develop and retain customers, ensuring sustainable growth in its territory.
Your role:
- Actively prospect for new customers in targeted markets.
- Identify needs and propose tailored solutions, highlighting the company's added value.
- Collaborate with the internal team to stimulate sales growth in the territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Enter and update information in the CRM (prospects, opportunities, follow-up).
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze customer purchasing trends and develop appropriate strategies.
Skills and qualifications :
- Bilingual in French/English (an asset)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales (business development and customer acquisition).
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and priority management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in industrial distribution (an asset)
