Our client is a leading company in the insurance sector, offering innovative solutions to meet the needs of individuals and businesses. They are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to expand their team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the challenges and specific needs of the insurance sector, focusing on one or more functional areas, to propose effective and sustainable solutions.
• Ensure that the proposed solutions optimally meet the requirements of stakeholders while ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Serve as a key point of contact between project/maintenance teams and business departments, ensuring that data and functional specifications are considered throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Functional and Business Analysis: Ability to understand and translate business needs into tailored functional solutions.
• Project Management: Ability to manage end-to-end IT solution projects, both strategic and operational.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders (business teams, technical teams, etc.) and ability to lead meetings and workshops.
• Analysis Tools: Data management skills (Excel, SQL, etc.).
• Information Systems Knowledge: Understanding of banking information systems and related technologies.
• Insurance Industry Knowledge (a plus).

Academic Background:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a college diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Languages:

• Proficiency in French and English (both oral and written).
