Our client is a recognized leader in industrial and energy-related services in Canada, well known for its strong culture of safety, employee engagement, and operational excellence. For more than 25 years, the organization has built a solid reputation based on service reliability and long-term client relationships.
As part of its growth, the company is looking to hire a B2B Sales Representative to develop its territory on the South Shore of Montreal. The role combines new business development (approximately 60%) and account growth/upselling (30–40%).
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline: field prospecting, outbound calls, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Assess client needs, analyze volumes, margins, consumption levels, and recommend the right solutions.
- Manage and grow existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, renewals).
- Track performance metrics (revenues, volumes, weekly visits, conversion rates).
- Keep CRM information up to date and ensure rigorous follow-up on sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to support new client onboarding and operational follow-up.
Employment Conditions :
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – flexible hours
Location: South Shore / Hybrid / On the road
Compensation: Base salary + commissions + vehicle allowance

- Strong Hunter profile (60%), combined with proven ability in account development (30–40%).
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales with measurable results (KPIs, quotas, performance targets).
- Fully bilingual French/English.
- Skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and managing the full sales cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of priority management.
- Valid driver’s licence + personal vehicle.
- Knowledge of the energy or fuel sector is considered a strong asset.
