Our client is a company specializing in industrial maintenance and hygiene services. They are looking for a new B2B Business Development Representative to identify, qualify, and engage prospects in order to fuel the sales pipeline and support the organization's growth.
Your role :
- Make prospecting calls and establish initial contact with targeted companies.
- Identify, qualify, and document prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, or internal prospecting tools.
- Ensure rigorous and structured follow-up in the CRM.
- Generate interest among decision-makers and build a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Schedule strategic appointments for the sales team.
- Meet and exceed prospecting and appointment goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.
Working conditions :
Working hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible working hours
Job location: Greater Montreal Area– on site
Salary: 60-65k fixed
Skills and qualifications :
- Relevant experience in prospecting, business development, internal sales, or call centers
- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Office Suite, prospecting platforms).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar tools (an asset)
- Bilingualism in French/English. (an asset)
- Knowledge of the service sector or B2B (an asset)
