Kader has several years of experience in B2B sales and business development, notably as an external sales representative. This experience has given him a direct understanding of companies' operational needs and challenges in the field.
He then specialized in IT recruitment (developers, architects, infrastructure, senior profiles) and had the opportunity to contribute to the recruitment of several major projects in the Quebec region, particularly in the context of large-scale calls for tenders.
Passionate about people, he stands out for his ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients. With expertise in the entire staffing cycle, from identifying talent to onboarding, Kader focuses on listening, perseverance, and finding the best possible fit.
