Job description :

A rapidly expanding international company in the United States, operating in the frozen products sector, is seeking a buyer/seller manager (Frozen Food Trader) to support them in their business development.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with wholesalers, frozen food processors, and retailers to identify sales opportunities.
• Monitor the international market.
• Plan, negotiate costs, and execute the purchase of frozen products.
• Negotiate and execute various sales and purchase contracts.
• Develop strategic plans and budgets, and monitor progress towards goals.

Skills and qualifications :

• Bilingualism (French, English)
• 3 years of experience in strategic purchasing
• Experience in the American market with the following client categories: retail, food service, HRI (Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
