Job description :

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise a work team of 4 to 5 people (technicians, draftsman, designer)
• Work directly with production, supervising the design and production of products and establishing a vision for improvements.
• Provide mass custom production support.
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time
• Planning, risk management, getting back to production
• Review and approve drawings produced by draftsmen/designers
• Actively contribute to producing optimization
• Budget, review various tenders to ensure compliance

Skills and qualifications :

• Must be a member of the OIQ
• Over 5 years' experience in project management and product development
• Passionate about multidisciplinary work
• Knowledge and interest in automotive mechanics an asset
