Job description :

Our client, a fast-growing food company, is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to contribute and manage the growth of online platform sales in order to achieve business goals. . The manager's mandate is to acquire, retain and retain customers through the management of the website and related performance tools.



  • Grow online sales by developing and executing customer acquisition, traffic conversion, and customer retention strategies through:
  • The development and deployment of a promotional calendar;
  • Management of performance marketing;
  • Website optimization through the deployment and execution of A / B testing at UX / UI level to improve site conversion;
  • Analysis and improvement of the customer journey;
  • Automation and enhancement of automated emails;
  • Management and optimization of the referral program and the loyalty program
  • Analysis and deployment of SEO tactics, keyword optimization, web content auditing and link building development.
  • Manage the tools and platforms connecting to the website including:
  • Managing the integration of new platforms or tools, their performance and their replacement or renewal;
  • Knowledge of the digital landscape (industry trends, best practices, competitive intelligence, paid media, etc.) in order to find ways to propose innovative performance strategies.
  • Build the digital performance strategy and supervise the media placement agency in relation to the performance of online sales in order to:
  • Establish and optimize paid and sponsored campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (search, shopping, display), Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc .;
  • Build performance analysis reports informing future strategy;
  • To follow the performance KPIs of the company.

Skills and qualifications :

  • University degree in commerce, or marketing or other related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a performance marketing, CRM, online sales role
  • Concrete experience in implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Innovative spirit, on the lookout for the latest technological trends (tech-savvy) and results-oriented (data driven)
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and identify the best tactics to achieve goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Shopify and Omnisend (an asset)
  • Perfectly bilingual, both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles
  • Knowledge of SEM tools, opportunity generation (leads), SEO tools and web traffic indicators (Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, etc.)
