Job description :

Our client, a well known marketing agency in Montreal is looking for a Digital Platform Specialist with a minimum of 3-4 years experience. Reporting to the Director, Digital Media, the person we are looking for will be responsible for the implementation, purchase and optimization of digital campaigns. The mandates will be in SEM (Google Ads, Bing), on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest) and Display in programmatic with a mastery of various DSPs (Beeswax, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads). Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and DataStudio data analysis platforms is also a big plus.


  • Implement and optimize digital media campaigns across a wide range of platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Beeswax, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads).
  • Ensure continuous analysis of various performance indicators via Google Analytics and DataStudio.
  • Produce advanced recommendations on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum campaign performance.
  • Contribute in collaboration with the media planning team to the construction of performance reports.
  • Detect new industry opportunities, propose and test them and include them in the media mix.
  • Participate, in collaboration with the planning team, in developing and improving digital strategies and planning: recommend placements, formats, platforms and audiences that will meet the objectives of the client brief.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a media or digital agency
  • University degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience in E-Commerce campaigns an asset
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics certifications an asset
  • Very good command of French and English, both oral and written
  • A great rigor and professionalism
  • Curious and analytical mind, focused on results and strategic thinking
  • Organizational skills, management of priorities and rigorous follow-up of ongoing campaigns
  • Ability to manage several files at once with tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Demonstrate strong team spirit and collaboration with all employees
  • Demonstrate good judgment and a desire to get the job done right
  • Good knowledge of the digital advertising industry
  • Good knowledge of the office suite (mainly Excel)
