Job description :

Our client, a food company named one of the most innovative, is looking for a Content and Community Manager. This person will have to build and manage the social media strategy in order to be the voice of the company with the public.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop the digital content strategy in line with the company's objectives and according to the marketing strategy
  • Maintain the editorial and advertising calendar
  • Manage various digital projects: newsletter, digital campaigns with partners – work with various external agencies as needed
  • Analyze the performance of the different campaigns and propose recommendations
  • Perform budget management
  • Manage customer service via social media, websites and emails to create positive experiences and provide satisfactory solutions

Skills and qualifications :

  • University degree in marketing, communication, journalism, administration or its equivalent
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French) both orally and in writing
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of the food industry is an asset
  • Analytical and has a good spirit of synthesis,
  • Able to work in a team,
  • Rigorous and organized to manage several projects at the same time,
  • Autonomous in the execution of his projects.
  • Knowledge of working with: Trello, HootSuit, Asana or similar scheduling tools
  • Up to date with the latest content and platform trends
  • Digital knowledge (Google Analytics, Youtube, Digital Ads, SEO, Web Banners, MailChip, Data Studio, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Curious, agile, adaptable and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Result and performance oriented to maximize growth and business impact
  • Have an intrapreneurial mindset, not afraid to create new processes from scratch and be able to thrive in an ever-changing environment
