Job description :

Specialized in the field of interior systems, in the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors, for over 30 years, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to join their team in the Quebec City area. You will have the opportunity to work with the execution teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Evaluate the cost of materials, labour, and equipment.
• Submit and follow up on bids.
• Assistance to the project management team.
• Administrative and document management of projects.
• Cost control activities, expenses, and progress reports.

Skills and qualifications :

• DEC or AEC in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, estimation
• Management, planning and work organization skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Good knowledge of the construction industry
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
