Job description :

Our Client, a Medical Communications company located in the heart of Montreal is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.  As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be part of an account management team responsible for the successful planning and implementation of various educational programs, which may also include on-site meeting management.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years previous work experience in an office setting.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required; excellent ability to communicate in both French and English (verbal and written).
  • Experience working in an agency is an asset.
  • Experience in meeting planning/ event management is an asset.
