Main responsibilities:

• Gather information on projects to be bid on
• Assist representatives in the development of proposals
• Support the sales team in the design of turnkey projects
• Establish project costing, scheduling, and final bid review
• Research potential suppliers and subcontractors and request quotations
• Communicate technical requirements to potential suppliers and subcontractors
• Organize and participate in internal meetings for the project start-up
• Keep up to date on projects in calls for tenders
• Ensure the accuracy of contract costs
• Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors

Skills and qualifications :

*** Quebec construction experience required ***

• Available to visit customers 40% of the time
• Very good knowledge of building mechanics
• Advanced plan reading
• Have at heart the customer relationship
• Knowledge of suppliers in the Quebec market
• Constructive leadership
